Avril Lavigne will be soon in Italy: on 13 june 2008 at Datchforum in milan for the first italian date of her "Best Damn Tour 2008".
Whit this tour the young canadian pop-rock singer is going to play the better songs of her third album "The Best Damn Thing", released in North America and Europe on April 17, 2007 certified Platinum in Italy, England and in the rest of Europe yet, has sold beyond 4.5 million copies all over the world. The first single was the number-one hit "Girlfriend", followed by "When You’re Gone", and "Hot",now "The Best Damn Thing" has been anounced as the 4th single due for release on the 25th April 2008.
Avril described the record of this album as "fast, fun, young, bratty, aggressive, confident, cocky in a playful way…all the good stuff."
She may be a bit more sophisticated these days, but she’s still peerless, and still fearless. The Best Damn Thing is Avril Lavigne at a new stage in her life; she’s passed through the shadows of teen angst and emerged in aspotlight, ready to have fun and rock out and yes, even dance. It is, just as she intended, the best damn thing she has ever done. Of course, all of the spiky, buoyant energy that drives the album will come to life in the live tour that Avril is starting.
For this tour she said that she had one very clear goal in mind: to make it fun.
So don’t miss the opportunity to see Avril Lavigne live in milan on 13 june 2008..in the one that could be the best damn concert of your ife!!
